Ingredients

  • 1 cup chive, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 5 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet on medium low heat.
  2. Lightly whisk the eggs in a bowl.
  3. Add the vegetable oil to the skillet.
  4. Add the chive, salt and pepper. Cook for about 3 minutes.
  5. Add the butter. Stir to distribute the chive evenly in the skillet.
  6. Add the eggs to the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes without touching the eggs.
  7. Flip the omelet with a spatula and cook this side for 2 more minutes.
  8. Serve immediately.
