This recipe gives two 14 inches pizzas. I usually make this dough during the weekend and keep one of the doughs in the refrigerator for Pizza Tuesdays and freeze the other one for later.

San Marzano Tomato Sauce
I use this tomato sauce for pizza toppings, spaghetti meatballs and lasagna for example. I would make a large quantity and freeze them in ice cubes trays. This way I can use the quantity I need during the week.
